All purchases of right-to-work check services provided by WPC are non-refundable. This includes:
Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded, regardless of whether the service is fully or partially used.
Once a subscription or individual service is purchased, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled. This applies to both employers and candidates using the platform. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances for services that have been activated.
All pricing and fees for WPC’s services are clearly displayed on the website and mobile apps. All payments are final upon processing and are payable in GBP (£). By completing a payment, users acknowledge that the services are provided on a non-refundable basis.
WPC does not offer subscription cancellations, as our product operates on a plan-based system rather than a recurring subscription model. Users purchase packages for a one-year term, which expire either after one year or once all allocated right-to-work checks have been used, whichever occurs first.
We do not automatically renew or deduct payments for subsequent plans; users must actively purchase new plans if they wish to continue using the service. If you wish to delete your account or discontinue using the product, you may delete your account directly through the app or contact us for assistance at rtwcheck@workpermitcloud.co.uk.
Any third-party fees associated with services provided through WPC’s platform, such as those related to payment processing by Stripe or company verification through Companies House, are non-refundable. WPC is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by these third-party providers.
WPC shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses that may arise from the use of the service, including:
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances related to service performance or system availability. All users are responsible for ensuring they meet their obligations as outlined in the relevant licence agreements.
